Shear slitter knives are precision circular blades used in industrial slitting machines for cutting a wide range of web materials, from thin plastic films to thick metal sheets. Their specifications are critical for achieving high-quality, burr-free cuts at high speeds. Hardness (HRC/HRA) Typically 58-68 HRC for steel blades; Tungsten Carbide inlay is significantly harder at 87-90 HRA.
